Yes, I am so pissed it’s not even funny.
I’m not even sure I should be pissed but I am. A coworker of mine got another job and even though I am happy for her, I’m thinking what the hell?
What is wrong with me that I cannot find another job? Same experience, same field, same everything but no…nothing.
This is making me feel bad, I’ve sent so many emails and nothing. It really does make you second guess yourself.
I need chocolate.

That’s frustrating. It took me a whole year to find my current job so I understand.
But you will find one! Promise!

Yes, definitely, I support the use of chocolat in situations like this.
Also, it’ll happen. Promise.

Yeah, I just got turned down from (yet another) job just this week. I bought a new suit and everything. I feel your pain like you wouldn’t believe. I feel like I’m back at square one and when I compile my list of ‘pending’ applications, I can’t believe its so long and I’ve heard back from no one….but I can’t give up.
That’s just not an option. Same for you lady!!

Don’t be pissed. The universe has something better for you.
That other job your coworker got probably is working for some a-hole that would have made your life miserable. Look what you managed to avoid!
Seriously, it will come…

As everyone else has said, your time will come 🙂
It took me 6 months after I moved to find my first graphic design job and a few months to find my current job.
No worries, girlie 🙂

i feel your pain! hang in there… the right job for YOU will come along. i know it. in the meantime, go for the chocolate and how about in the martini form too? i love me a good chocolate martini and frankly, it makes most (all) situations seem a little more bearable.

I’m about to start the job hunt and i’m petrified. I know the whole frustration though, I’ve been struggling to find part time work and finally had to crawl back to my old boss to take me on 8 hours a week because I couldn’t find anything. Hang in there, you’ll find something!
And turning to chocolate is ALWAYS the way to go.

I know the feeling. I’m about to do something either incredibly brave or incredibly stupid (nothing illegal though, hehe). I’m terrified. Here’s hoping it works out for the both of us!
